" Maybe it was just luck, but when I had a pipe start leaking in the basement (finished) ceiling I called Gasteiger and someone was able to come right away. I hadn't used them before nor had I heard anything about them so it was a shot in the dark. The plumber who came was knowledgeable, had the necessary tools and parts in his truck, and got right to work. Not only did he replace the leaking joint, but he pointed out another joint nearby that had not started leaking and asked if I wanted to repair it as a preemptive measure, as long as he already had the ceiling opened. Of course I said yes and after he left I closed the opening with confidence that it wouldn't leak there again.
To sum up, they were timely, efficient, courteous and knowledgable, and not any more expensive than other plumbers I had used in the past. I was happy with their service. "
